HUERTA AND HIS DEPUTIES. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright (Rec. October 12, 5.5 p.m.) Mexico City, October 10. One hundred and ten Deputies have been imprisoned because they 6aid, when demanding the production of a missing Senator, that, if President Huerta refused tho demand, they (the Deputies) would leave the capital immediately. Huerta, fearing the, defection of tho Deputies to tho rebels, arrestcd_ tliowhole House in Cromwellian fashion. Tho Senate had passed a similar demand, but withdrew it upon learning the fate of tho Deputies; (Rcc. October 13, 0.15 a.m.) Washington, October 12. President Huerta has established a military dictatorship in Mcxico, and there is little likelihood now of tho elections being held. President Wilson oonsiders that tho othor nations which recognised tho Huertan rogime should now withdraw their support.
