The Public Trust Office Amendment Bill was referred back to the Statutes Revision Committee in order that cortain clauses could be further considered. -< ' ■ • ; LAND TRANSFER. Tho Land Transfer Amendment Bill was committed, reported with unimportant amendments, and read a third time! - LOCAL ELECTIONS. The Local Elections ahd Polla' Amendment Bill was furthor considered in Committee. Certain formal amendments were made on the motion of tho Minister, and the Bill was reported. The Council rose at 3.2 p.m.
