A Turkish Note to tho Powers denies that the Porte is raising tho question of tho Aegean Islands with Greeco, and declares that Turkey is desirous of reaching an understanding in a matter of nationality, on tho basis of tho Bulgarian understanding. Turkey and Oreeco havo agreed upon mutual demobilisation of troops.
