PROVISIONS OF HIS WILL.
Sydney papers record that the late Mr. J. C. Williamson, the well-known Australian theatrical manager, who died recently in Paris, in his will appointed Sir. It. C. Allen, of Sydney, solicitor, Mr. 15. M. Major, secretary of J. C. Williamson, I.ta., and the Permanent Trust-Co Company of New South Wales his executives and trustees.- He bequeathed the following specific legacies : To It. o'. Allen and K H. -Major, each 1000 shares in J. C. Williamson, Ltd.; to liis wife, Mary Williamson, all Ins personal 'effects not otherwise disposed of; to tlio Actors' Association of Australia, 'his theatrical library and all liis theatrical pictures and prints; to his friend, Henry Bracy, of Sydney, £00 fully-paid shares in J. C. Williamson, Ltd.; t-o liis trustees all testator s horses upon trust- to sell same and divide tho net proceeds of such sale equally among the following charitable institutions: the Itoyal Alexandra Hospital for Children, the Kospicc for tho Dying, and tho Newsboys' Home (all of Sydney), and the Children's Hospital (Melbourne) and the Actors' Association of Australia. Ho bequeathed the following 'pecuniary legacies: To his niece, Mrs. Nina Meyering, of Chicago, U.S.A., £2000; to tho children living at time of testator's death of his uncle, Clinton Campbell, of Pennsylvania, U.S.A., to bo divided equally, £300; to his friend, O. L. Goodman, of Sydney, £500; to each of-the children living at testator's death of the said G. L.poodman, the sum of £500; to Miss Yt encdikter, lately governess to testator's daughters, and recently his secretary, a sum equal to the aggregate of £100 uer annum for each year sbo should fco continuously in testator's employ; to his gardener and domestic servants who wore ill testator's service. at date of liis death and who had been in such service for a continuous period of two ;-ears or upwards prior to deceased's death, the sum of £50 each; t:> his trustees £1000 upon trust, to pay and divide the same to certain deserving objects in Sydney. Testator bequeathed all his real and personal estate not otherwise disposed of to the use of his trustees uuou trust to sell, convert, mid invest- tho same and apply tho income thereof as follows: To his wile, an annuitv of £1000; to his brother, William Campbell Williamson, of Chicago, U.S.A., an annuity of £400; to Miss, Belle Harris, of New York, U.S.A., an annuity of £10-1; to liis sistor, Mrs. l'\ M. Clark, of Indianapolis, U.S.A., nil annuity of £-100. Subject to thy above legacies and bequesLs tho residue of testator's estate is loft to tlio trustees for the benefit of testator's two daughters, who are at present minors. The will is dated November 9, 1912, and the New .South Wales estate is sworn at £193,03S 15s.
