Many British Agricultural Societies liavo responded to tho invitation of Captain Muirhenc] privato secretary to Sir George Reid (High Commissioner for Australia), to tho Hon. Thomas Mackenzie (High Commissioner for Now Zealand), tho Australian Agents-Gen-oral, the Butter Committee, and representatives of the Irish Agricultural Organisation Society, the Scottish Agricultural Organisation Society, the British Dairy Farmers' Association, and the National Dairy Association of New Zealand to confer on the subject of margarine. Mr. Mackenzie will preside at tho conference, which will be hold in London on October 22.
