The Minister for Communications has visited Vladikavakaz (on the Caspian railway)', wlioro it wa3 said a tram, which was precipitated over an embankment, had boon wrecked by bandits. Passengers asserted that tho official account regarding tho bandits was an invention, and.that it was rotten sleepers that had caused the disaster, resulting in forty persons being killed and a hundred injured. -
