Tho position of tho raceß im tlio past is contrasted with a short summary of recent events, and then, follows a forecast of what may, according to tho writer, bo expected in tho future. Mr. Davics*-* interpretation of recent events and of expected international developments is largely based oft Biblical prophocy.
