EARLY MANUSCRIPT TO BE SOLD. Governor Macquarics's manuscripts, to bo auctioned in February next, consist, presumably, of the hitherto unpublished journals of his tours in NewSouth Wales ami Tasmania. The collection comprises twenty-nine lots, which are to bo offered firstly as ono lot. Tho first journal covors his inspection of the interior of New South Wales in 1810; tho second deals with Van Dieman's Land, and tho planning out of Hobart in 1811; tho third refers to tho tour of the new country westward of tho Bluo Mountains in 1815; and also ninny letters and documents bearing on early history.
