ARRANGEMENTS IN SYDNEY. By Telegraph—Pre3s Association— Copyright Sydney, October 2. Arrangements have been completed for the reception of the Australian Fleet. It will enter the Heads at 10.30 o'clock on Saturday morning, and after a reception the officers will attend tho races. Thero will bo an official banquet in tho evening, when the city and harbour wiU be illuminated.
