London, October 1. The arrangements for the marriage of Prince Arthur of Connaucht to II.H. Princess Aloxandria, Duohoss of Fife, havo beon completed. Tho daughter of the Duko of I'ock and Princess Alexander of Teck will bo tho bridesmaids. His Majesty tho King will givo tho brido away, while the Duko of Connaught and tho Crown Prince of Swoden will support tho bridegroom. The Archbishop of Canterbury and tho Bishop of London, assisted by tho Rev.. Canon Edgar Sheppard (Canon and Presenter of St. Georgo's Chapel, Windsor), will officiate.
