CONDEMNED MAN'S OF REVELATIONS. : By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright New York, September 29.' ExJPolisa Lieutenant Bcekor, sentenced in October last to bo electrocuted for the murder of Herman Rosenthal, a noted gambler, who had made charges of "graft" against tho Now York police, has written from Sing Sing Prison, offering to disclose wholesale political' "graft?' scandals if his death sentence is commuted. Becker says ho will be able to kill politically all Governor Sulzer's enemies. .
Rosenthal was (murdered iii the street in front of his hotel in New. York in July last. He was a notorious gambler, and in consequence of the police raiding his gambling saloon after ho had, as he alleged, paid them for immunity, lie retaliated by making a confession setting out his relations with certain polioa lieutenant (Becker).
