SUMMARY AND FORECAST. Present indications aro for cool and changeable weather, with scattered showers. Moderate to strong southerly winds are probable, tho barometer rip ing soon, but unsteady in the extreme EOUtll. Moderate to strong westerly winds have prevailed, squally at times in and southwards of Oook Strait.
