George White, his father, said the boy actcd under hia instructions. The magistrate decidcd that the father should be punished, and not the boy. An information was then laid against tho parent, who pleaded guilty and was lined 20s. and costs. He elected to take it out, and tho option was fixed at seven days' imprisonment.
