SAFETY AT SEA.
IMPORTANT CONFERENCE IN LONDON. By Telegraph—Prcea ABSocintion-CopyrigM London, September 28. As an outcome of tlio Titanic disaster, fourteen States will bo represented at a conference to be hold in London in November next to discuss the question of safety at sea. _ Gorman resolutions will suggest that all vessels carrying seventy-five persons' must bo fitted with wireless apparatus.
