SEVERAL PERSONS KILLED-A GRIM SEQUEL. By Telegraph—Press Association—Oopyrijht (Reo. September 29, 11.30 p.m.) New York, September 29. Two drug-crazed negroes at Harrison, Missouri, started in to shoot up the town, three whites, three negroes, and l one negress being killed, audi twenty others injured. The shooting started at. two in the morning, and lasted till ten. After the first outbreak the assailants went to the station, and attacked a train, killing tho conductor, flagman, and a passenger. They then directed their fire into the "sleeper," but none of tho ocoupants wero injured. The crowd lynched one of the assailants early in the proceedings. Tho second lynching, however, ended in an affray. _ The rope broke, and a stronger rope being secured tho victim was again hauled up the pole, before a jeering crowd. A troop of tlio National Guard was hurried to the scene to prevent a racial war.
