—« — READJUSTMENT OF RELATIONS. By Telegraph—Prsaa Association—Copyrlglii London, September 28. A now lay movement is projected with the object of effecting a readjustment betweon Church and State, to avoid the control of tlie Church by Parliaments containing unbelievers, and to place the Anglican Church in a somewhat similar position to that of the Established Church of Scotland. Many prominent clergy and laity are sympathetic towards tho project. It is proposed to hold a meeting in London in tho autumn.
