TO-DAY'S DINNER.
(Specially Writton for The Dominion.) TUESDAY. • Artichoke Soup. Rabbit Pie. Potatoes. Parsnips. Apple Sago and Cream. RABBIT PIE. One rabbit, 2 hard-boiled eggs, 1 dessertspoon chopped parsloy, 1 tablespoon flour, salt and pepper, Jib. bacon, Cob. rough puff pastry, i pint stock or water. First prepare the contents of the piedish by washing the rabbit in salt and water, and cutting it into neat joints; then fill tho piedish; a layer of rabbit, dipped in flour, salt, and popper, eggs sliced, and bacon cut in small pieces; continue until dish is filled; pour in tho stock. Mako the pastry; cover the pie-dish, lay an extra strip round tho outside of tlw dish, mako a hole in tho middlo, and ornament with rose and loaves. Glaze, and bake in a hot oven for tho first twenty minutes, then in a cooler oven for -J hour longer, to finish cooking the rabbit.
