To savo herself and her friends she tells tho budding politician that if he makes tho speech she will publicly denounce him for his misdeeds of tli'o past. Tho man is momentarily staggered b,y the threat, but he resolves to see tho matter through. At a garden party tho adventuress loses a bangle, which is found and recognised by tho mail's brother-in-law as part of tl'io proceeds of a burglary. When confronted by tho brother-in-law tho woman readilv promises that she will desist from her intention to denounco her intended victim if sho is permitted to go free. The offer is accepted. Other good pictures are: "I was Meant for \ou" (A.13. drama), "Come Seben Leben" (comedy)', and "New Zealand Animated News."
