PASSIVE RESISTERS.
INDIANS IN THE TRANSVAAL. Br Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright Johannesburg, September 26. Arrangements for passive resistance by the Indiana in. the Transvaal are now complete. The new policy begins next week. The sixteen Indians recently sentenced to three months' imprisonment for attempting to cross the border of Natal into the Transvaal include the wife, daughter, and sons of Mr. Ghandi, tho Indian lawyer, who has for h. long time past been a leader in the agitation against the anti-alien laws.
