TO-DAY'S DINNER.

(Specially Written for The Dominion.) MONDAY. Jardiniere Soup. Cold Ox Tonguo, Salad. Potatoes. Cocoa Pudding. COCOA PUDDING. Six ounces breadcrumbs, 1 pint milk, 3 eggs, 2 tablespoons sugar, 1 tablespoon cocoa, 1 teaspoon ossenco of vanilla, Iw,. butter, a pinch of salt. Boil the milk and pour over ithe Hreadcrumbs, mix the oocoa with one teaspoon sugar, and blend to a smooth paste with about 1 tablespoonful boiling water, add to tho breadcrumbs tho milk, with tho butter and sugar. Beat tho yolks and add to the mixture with tho vanilla. Bake in a greased pie-dish half an hour. Beat tho whites to a stiff froth, swoeten and flavour with vanilla, and pilo on tho pudding as rookily as possible. Place in a cool oven till sot.
