SULZER ON TRIAL.
ALLEGATIONS BY COUNSEL.
"LARCENY, PERJURY AND FRAUD." By Telegraph—Press Association—Oopyrieht New York, Septembor 24. Prosecuting counsel in tlio impcachmen trial of Mr. Sulzer, Governor of Now York, in oponiug the case, declared that Mr. Sulzsr had been guilty of plain larceny, perjury, and fraud whilo holding office. Counsel alleged that Sulzer not only used party funds but used his position in order to introduce legislation vitally affecting tlio riso and fall of stocks, and that, whilo announcing that ho would havo no campaign collections, he had his secretary secretly running such.
