The Speaker (Mr. Stanton) of tho Lower Souse of the Tennessee Legislature, alleged that tho Governor (Mr. Hooper) had' despatched two cases of revolvers to the offices of tho Capitol superintendent, with instructions that they were to be used to intimidate Mr. Stanton. One representative, Mr. Macfarlane, removed his coat in. order to show that lie was unarmed. _ Other representatives followed suit. A lively scene occurred, and there was much, uproar. Finally, a motion to investigate the truth of the Speaker's statement was defeated. There is much ill-feeling between parties as the result of the prohibition campaign. \
