$ SUMMARY AND FORECAST. Present indications are for increasing northerly winds and a falling barometer everywhere. Mild and hazy conditions are probable generally, but becoming unsettled in the western and southern districts soon, and unsettled and squally weather is likely to follow everywhere. The weather lias been- changeable, with fair to cloudy conditions predominating to-day. Scattered misty showers were reported this morning along the eastern coast and in the northernmost districts.
