(Specially Written for The Dominion.) FRIDAY. Haricot Soup. Bakod Stuffed Fish. Egg Sauce. Potatoes. Spinach. Steamed Cato Pudding. BAKED STUFFED FISH. Ono scluiapper, 1 small cupful breadcrumbs, 1 dessertspoon chopped parsley, a little grated letnon rind, and nutmeg, loz. butter, salt and pepper. Clean, wash, and dry tho fish; rub it all over in and out with vinegar or lemon juice. Mix the breadcrumbs, parsley, nutmeg, lemon rind, half tho butter, and tho seasoning. Put half of this in the fish. Sew in with cotton, and fasten with a skewer. Grease a baking dish, laj' tho fish on, and brush over with milk, cover with_ tho rest of the seasoning; put a few pieces of butter on top, cover with a greased paper, and bako in a moderate oven from 20 to 30 minutes. Servo on a hot dish with the seasoning round. FOR TO-MORROW. Fish. Stock. 2doz. oysters. One nock of mutton. Rhubarb. FOR SUNDAY.' Stook. Lettuce. Ono leg of pork. Apples. Suet. Oranges. Prunes. Stale spongecake.
