SUMMARY AND FORECAST. Present indications are for cool and changeable weather—misty and foggy along the eastern coa6t, and in the northern districts, with scattered Bhow- . ors. The barometer is due to fall everywhere after about 20 hours, and tho present moderate to strong easterly and south-easterly winds change to northerly then with rising temperature. The weather has been unsettled at tlmee in the northern and Bast Coast districts, but fair to cloudy generally.
