A prominent ostrich grower of the OutsliooTdt district of the Cape Province is about to visit China and Japan, taking with him a quantity of feathers, which are to be distributed gratis among those in a position to influonco fashions. The ever-growing production of feathers necessitates tho finding of new markets, and tho Par East is believed to possess potentialities of great value in this Tegnrd.
