The Primo Minister's visit here on Monday will bo celebrated bv the local Reform League with a "rally" in tlio Opera House, followed by a social gathering and danco. The fact that the Opera House has been secured for the College Street School concert on tlio' night when Madame Clara Butt will ho here will probabl.v causo her party, to visit Wanganui instead. The Territorials' Ambulance Corps has presented Surgeon-Major O'Brien, who shortly leaves for Australia, with a travelling hag.
