FRENCH CRITICISM OF KING CONSTANTINE'S SPEECH.

The French press declares that King Constantino's speech' at the Elysee luncheon was unsatisfactory, and consider it to havo boon stilted and laboured, even warranting the . withdrawal of tho French military mission to Greece.
