TO-DAY'S DINNER.
(Specially Written for The Dominion.) WEDNESDAY. Julienne Soup. Roast Mutton. Onion Sauco. Baked Potatoes. Baked Parsnips. Steamed Bread and Butter Pudding. Lemon Sauce. STEAMED BREAD AND BUTTER PUDDING. Slices of stale bread, buttered, raisinß or sultanas, candied peel, sugar to tasto, 2 eggs, three-quarters of-a pint of milk. Butter a basin and sprinkle tho inside with raisins and candicd peel. Fill it with slices of bread and butter, scattering raisins between the slices; beat up tho eggs, add tho milk (cold), and sugar, pour it in gradually, and let it quite cover the bread and butter; let it stand for at least half an hour beforo it is cooked, then steam it for tho hour; but do not let tho wator boil too hard; turn out and sorve with lemon or jam sauce. - FOR TO-MORROW. Stock. Onions. Cold Meat. , Curry Powder. Ono Apple. Rico. Rhubarb. Pastry.
