Paris, September 21. M. Poincaro, the President, speaking at Bordeaux, appealed to the larger patriotism of tlie Girondins. He declared that France would obey tho domands of peace, but if necessary would bo ready for a war, tho horrors of which would placo no limit to the nobility of tho country's sacrifices in the protection of its honour.
