The "Pall Mall Gazette'' says that Earl Grey's Dominions' housing scheme has received a great blow by the decision that Canada shall find a site at Westminster for its London offices. Earl Groy declares that ho has n> t heard of this decision, and advocates a Dominion building at Aldwych, "as a lighthouse of Empire as inspiring ami suggestlvo as St. Paul's."
