PERSONAL FRIEND SENT TO THE. PENITENTIARY. By IWeerapb—Press Association—Oojjrlght Albany (New York), Sept. 19. The State Assembly has ordered tho arrest of James Garrison, Governor Sulzer'B personal friend, on the ground of contempt of CouH for refusing to answer questions tho Speaker propounded during tho hearing of the impeachment of Sulzer.
Garrison has been removed to tho penitentiary.
