DEATH UNDER CHLOROFORM.

This morning a young lady, Miss Marryatt, of Milton, died at a private hospital while under chloroform, which was administered to permit the romoval of a growth on tho jaw, Dra. Roberts and Pickerill were the medical men in attendance. Tho operation had been commenced when tno patient _ ceased breathing, and, although everything possible was done to restoro consciousness, the efforts were unavailing..
