London, Soptembor 18. Mr. Warren, presiding at a conf.ep enco of Friendly Societies regarding the Insurance Act, said that, contrary to expectations, tho Act had not afforded tho societies financial relief.
Several speakers predicted that the medical service would prove inefficient until it was again under tho Friendly Societies' charge.
