Sections B, D, and) H of tho Citizens' Carnival Association mot in tho Town Hall last night. Tho only business 'transacted was the olcction of officers for oach scction, which, resulted as under:—Section B (physical drill displays) : Chairman, Captain Frandi; secretary, Mr. A. M. Anderson; military secretary, Lieutenant Ruok; representative on executivo, Captain Frandi; representative oil Printing and Advertising Committee, Mr. A. J. Petherick; representative on Grounds Committee, Captain Johnston. Section D (spectacular and children's displays): Chairman, Mr. H. Amos; secretary, Miss Young; representative on executive, Mr. H. Amos; representative on Grounds Committee, Mr. F. Marsh; representative on Printing and Advertising Committee, Miss Young. Section H (concert and entertainments): Cliairman, Mr. 11. Fletcher; secretary (hold over); representative on executivo, Mr. R. Fletcher; representativo ok Printing and Advertising Comnritteo, Mr. M. F. Luckio; representative on Grounds Committee, Mr. H. Buddie. Next week the executive will meet to. decide the date on which to hold' tho carnival, and also to appoint a permanent secretary and treasurer.
