ITALY'S AFRICAN CAMPAIGN. By Tel«srapli—Press Association—Oopyrleht Tripoli, September 17. The Italians under General Torelli took part in heavy fighting in the Tectiiz Valley. The rebels were eventually overwhelmed by artillery lira. Thirty Italians wero killed, including General Torelli, who was in tho forefront of tho battle. Seventy were wounded.
