Experiments are proceeding at the Eiffel Tower to tost tho efficacy of a paraeluito designed to onablo airmen to descend safely in case of accident. Two parachutes aro carried, one being attached to the airman, tho- other to the aeroplane. A model, with a bag of sand representing an airman, descended safely.
