THE MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE. Mr. J. Paton presided over the weekly meeting of the Maiiagoment Committee of the Wellington Football Association last evening; _ ' \ A was reooived from Marlborough Association asking if it would bo convenient for them to send a boys' representative team to play Wellington on September 27. It was decided to reply to the effect that a match could bo arranged as suggested. It was decided to send a Second Division representative team to Blenheim to play Marlborough. Tho question of arranging a. date was left in tho hands of Mr. T. Thompson. Permission was granted to Y.M.C.A. Boys' Club to visit Blenheim on Labour Day. , . A letter was'received from the Town Clerk sitating tJiat tho City Council had granted permission for the match, Auckland v. Wellington, to bo played on Newtown Park on October 1. The Auckland team will arrive in Wellington from Christchurch on Tuesday, September 30, and 'will leave for Auckland on October 2. The Rugby Union's offer of tho use of Athletic Park for £7 10s.. for this matoh was declined. It was deoided that the final 1 match for tho Charity Cup, between Hospital and Y.M.0.A., be played on Kelburne Park on Saturday, September 20. Mr. R. S. Lithgow was. appointed Tefereo, and Messrs. 11. Yeoman and P. PyeSmith w'ere appointed linesman. .
