RECORD HILL CLIMB,
The record hill climb for commercial motor vehicles in New Zealand stands to the credit of the Argyll motor-lorry, which recently, in tfio presence of a Government official and carrying a full load of two tons, with four passengers aboard, mounted Reuben Avenue, Brooklvn, up a ruling grade of.l in 3J. Several other makes of motor-lorrv attempted the hill, but (ill failed. Argyll commercial motors are on order for the Wellington City Council, the Kelburne Motor'bus Company, and several municipalities in the South Island. For full particulars apply J. E.
