FUNDS FOR THE BERLIN OLYMPIAD. PORTIONS EARMARKED. By Telourapli—Prcsa Association—OopyTljht "Times"—Sydney "Sun" Special Cables. (Hec. September 16, 7.10 p.m.) London, September 16. The Olympic 'Committee has earmarked a portion of the fund to enable teams from the Dominions to complete their training in England prior to going to- Germany. The committee has announced ■ tho proposed grants to the various associations, covering four years, as follows:— Amateur ( Athletio Association, £16,000; Irish Amateur Association, £3600; Scottish Association, £1000; National Cyclists' Association, £2730: Gymnastio, Association, £1945; Wrestling, £2050; Swimming, £5577; Fencing, £810. The ostimated cost of sending 500 athletes to Berlin for a fortnight before tho Games is s.et down at £15,000.
