SUMMARY AND FORECAST.
Present indications aro for strong northerly vimds and a falling baromotcr everywhere. The weather is likely to prove squally and changeable, becoming moro unsettled with rain following, especially in those districts with westerly and eo-iitherly aspects. ' Tho centre of the anticyclone has progrossed further to tho eastward, and the barometer has fallen sliffhtly. Northerly winds ha-vo freshened everywhere.
