CONCERT IN ST. PETER'S.

A concert in aid of tho Anglican Bovs' Home at the Lower Hutt was held in St.. Peter's Schoolroom on Friday. Tho programme consisted of songs, duets, monologues, and instrumental items, and was contributed to as followsßong, "To tho Angels," Miss Lily Brown, with violin obligate by Mr. W. Jones; monologue (from Will Ogilvie), Mr. Stanley Itankin; duet, "Watchman, What of tho Night" (Sargeant), Mr. H. F. Jones and Mr. P. Slartin: 'cello solo, "Adagio Cantabile" (Tartini), Mr. W. S. Jones; ''Evening Song" (Blumenthol), Mr. Percival Martin; instrumental quartet, "Andanto and Scherzo" (Timothy), Misses F. Walter and M. Malcolm, Messrs. B. Walter and W. S'. Jones; song, Mr. J. F. Jones; violin solo, Miss Frieda Walter; humorous song, Mr. Stanley Rankin; duet, Miss Lily Brown and Mr. Percival Martin; instrumental quartot, "Divertimento" \(Wagner), Misses F. Walter, M.'Malcolm, Messrs. B. Walter and W. S. Jones. The accompanists wore Mr. B. Walter and Mr. E. Jones, and th® piano was lent by tho Dresden Piano Company.
