Great excitement has teen caused by tho arrest of five oonspirators • with a package containing the Portuguese Monarchists' wedding gift to ex-King Manool. The peoplo expected it to bo examined, publicly, and when the Customs officers refused, a violent uproar took placo, necessitating tho presence of the military and the polico.
