SATURDAY. Rice Soup. Ragout of Rabbit. Potatoes. Cauliflower. Pineapple Fritters. Cream. ' SUNDAY. Artichoke Soup. Roast Beef. Yorkshire Pudding. Baked Potatoes. Brussels ' Sprouts. Date Pudding. Baked Custard, FOR~SUPPER. Cold Roast Beef. Salad. Oyster Patties. Blancmange and Stewed Fruit. BLANCMANGE. One gill cream, half-pint milk, sugar, lemon juice, flavouring, half-ounco gelatine, half-gill water. Lino and decorate a mould with sweet jelly and chorries; whip tho cream, add the milk, sugar, and flavourings, and stir in the gelatine dissolved in. tho water; mould when Betting; turn out and decorato.
