TE RURU CLUB MEETS. Tho second annual meeting of To Ruru Yaclit Club was held last evening, Mr. F. Kiernan presiding. Tho'annual report and balance-sheet wero adopted. Fourteen new members were elected. The election of officers resulted as follows: —Patron, Mr. J. J. Filth; vicepresidents, Messrs. A. H. Hindmarsh, M.P., D. Kerr, J. J. Clark, J. J. Kean, J. B. Speed, Geo. Winder, J. W. Hutchings, K' T. Taylor, and R. Fletcher; commodore, Mr. W. Brooke Taj lor; vicecommodore, Mr. F. Pratt; rear-commo-doro, Mr. F. Kiernan; management committee, Mossrs. H. Elliott, G. Dennis, H. Croucher, E. Hannan, and M. Hardham; 11011. secretary, Mr. H. V. Batten; lion, treasurer, Mr. W. W. Waddilove; assistant secretary, Mr. G. Dennis; sailing 'committee, Messrs. G. Durrant, li. Elliott, and F. Kiernan; starter, judge, and timekeeper, Mr. Jacobs; handicappcr, Mr. E. Hannan. During the. coursc of the evening tho new flags were presented to the flag j officers. Tho commodore received a blue flag with wliite anchor in the centre, the vice-commodore a red flag with a white anchor, and the rear-commodore | a white flag with a red anchor. \
