Jiis assent, or that of' tho Government , he represented. The form, however, in . which the committee had proceeded to give, effect to the resolutions it had passed -was, ho believed, consistent with those resolutions. He dissented from the resolutions, and thorefore from tho result of the resolutions. The Hon. 0. SAMUEL moved, in accordance with an arrangement referred [ to by Mr. Bell, that the debate be c .adjourned. .
