The press is jubilant-regarding the speech of King Constantino of Greece. Unkind persons boldly state that the announcement mado was arranged between the Kaiser and King Constantino "by an elaborat-o process of tuning before the melodies were published. (Hec. Sept-ember 11, 11.25 p.m.) • Athens, September 11. It is semi-officially stated that Greeco is deeply stirred on account of the misunderstanding with regard to King Constantino's' speech at Potsdam. Greece, it is declared, will nover forget France's great service and goodwill. King Constantino referred solely to the Greek soldiers who had been educated in Germany.
