(Specially Written for Tns Dominion.) FRIDAY. Whito Soup. Boiled Moki. Oyster Sauco. Potatoes. Baked Sultana Pudding. BAKED SULTANA PUDDING. Two teacups flour, 1 teacup suet, 1 teacup sugar, 1 teacup milk, 1 egg, 4 teaspoon soda, 1 teaspoon cream of tartar, 'i teacup sultanas, grated rind of i lemon. Shred the suet and chop finely. Prepare tho fruit. Dissolve tho soda in a littlo warm milk. Mix all the dry ingredients well. Add the beaten egg and the milk and soda; pour into a well-greased pudding tin, and bake in a moderate oven half an hour. Servo with sauco. FOR TO-MORROW. Stock. Rice. One Rabbit. Pineapple.
