A NARROW ESCAPE.
EXPRESS AND RUNAWAY TRUCKS. fi y Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright London, September 9. The Caledonian Edinburgh express, on tho way to Glasgow, had a remarkable escape. Seventeen trucks ran away from thoir siding, wrecked a sig-nal-cabin, and caused an obstruction on tho main lino. Tho express crashed into tho obstruction, but fortunately kept tho rails. Little damage was dono.
