The master builders of Dublin have decided not to employ one member of Larkin's Union. Thousands will bo affected. Tlio transport workers' striko is upsotting tho cross-Channel cargo traffic. The boats, uilaiblo to. discharge at Dublin, returned to Holyhead), whero tho goods were returned to the consignors. SYDNEY V/HARFMEN. THEIR STRIKE AGAINST OVERWORK. (Rec. September 10, 9.10 p.m.) : Sydney, September 10. The troublo with tho wharf labourers in connection with their demand for a trucking limit of three bags of any material still continues. A third steamer the Barwon, has now?been hold up. Tho shipowners aro awaiting a meeting of tho Wharf Labourers' Union, which is to discuss tho position to-night, before adopting steps to resist the demands. The Wharf Labourers' Union lias decided to support the men on strike. THE POSTMAN'S KNOCK. (Rec. September. 10j 10.30 p.in.) London, September 10. The District Council of the Postmen's Federation has recommended an active propaganda in favour of a -strike policy. COTTON-SPINNERS' DISPUTE. (Reo. September 10, 11.25 p.m.) London, September 10. The Lancashire cotton-spinners' dispute concerning the question of bad' spinning, lias heon settled on a basirs of withholding all notices until both sides haye investigated the complaint.
